On-Line Free/Reduced Applications

Parents are encouraged to complete an application for free or reduced meals online. With our Titan Management System, you can apply online anytime and will receive a determination within 10 days. 
You can find the application on the website under Quick Links at Titan Family Portal. 
  • All children in households receiving benefits from SNAP or TANF are eligible for free meals.
  • Foster children are eligible for free meals.
  • Children participating in Head Start program are eligible for free meals.
  • Children may receive free or reduced price meals if your household's income is within the limits on the Federal Income Eligibility Guidelines. Even if you don't currently qualify, you can always apply again later in the school year. And once you are approved, the qualification lasts for the entire school year, even if your income does go up later.
If you qualify for free/reduced meals, you automatically qualify for textbook assistance as well.

To file a program discrimination complaint, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, AD-3027, found online at How to File a Program Discrimination Complaint and at any USDA office or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all of the information requested in the form. To request a copy of the complaint form, call 866-632-9992.
