Kindergarten Information Parent Meeting

Please complete the Google Form below or visit the Southern Wells Elementary Facebook Page to complete tge Form to sign up for Kindergarten for the 2020-2021 school year.  You may call the elementary office at 765-728-2121 Monday, Wednesday, or Friday from 9am-3pm if you have any questions.  You may also email rcollins@swraiders to request the form.

On-Line Free/Reduced Applications

Parents are encouraged to complete an application for free or reduced meals online. With our Titan Management System, you can apply online anytime and will receive a determination within 10 days. 
You can find the application on the website under Quick Links at Titan Family Portal. 
  • All children in households receiving benefits from SNAP or TANF are eligible for free meals.
  • Foster children are eligible for free meals.
  • Children participating in Head Start program are eligible for free meals.
  • Children may receive free or reduced price meals if your household's income is within the limits on the Federal Income Eligibility Guidelines. Even if you don't currently qualify, you can always apply again later in the school year. And once you are approved, the qualification lasts for the entire school year, even if your income does go up later.
If you qualify for free/reduced meals, you automatically qualify for textbook assistance as well.

 We do not accept transportation changes for students over the phone.  Please send a note from home with your student on the day of the change.  We realize that emergency changes can happen during the day.  If a change is needed due to an emergency (not just for convenience), please email the elementary before 2:00 p.m. stating this change. You will need to email both secretaries in case one is out of the office.  If you are unable to email, you may send a written note via fax to 765-728-8124 (please follow up with a call to verify we received it).
