Library kicks off Summer Reading
Imagine a completely different kind of Summer Reading program this year at the Wells County Public Library. The library is excited to announce that Summer Reading 2020 will run from May 11-July 31 and can be done completely online for kids, teens, and adults.
Depending on your age group, you can sign up at www.wellscolibrary.org/summer to track either time spent reading or the total pages read. Or if you prefer you can use the paper log that’s attached and return the completed sheet in a library book return dropbox. Copies are available for pick up at either the Main Library or Ossian Branch.
The library will also be offering virtual events, programming videos, craft kits, and fun challenges throughout the summer that fit the “Imagine Your Story” theme. Registration is appreciated for some of these events, so you can get details on how to participate.
Call the library at 260-824-1612 if you have issues or if you need more information on how to schedule a curbside pick-up of books to read this summer. Books, eAudiobooks, and magazines are also available through the Libby app and at nidl.overdrive.com.
Register and get more info, including a Summer Reading promo video featuring many of your favorite librarians at: www.wellscolibrary.org/summer.
